[does spit-take]

I'm not really sure what the theme of this blog is at this point, but it's mine, so suffer a Mac post.

The impossible has happened. Apple has made it easy to install Windows on an Intel iMac or MacBookPro. I can't think of an emoticon that would accurately show my level of surprise at this. I think this means that I have to run out and buy XP, just to do it. Gaaaahaak!

A tad scary perhaps, but a shrewd move.

Handles those sticky die-hards who'd get a Mac except for those straggler apps that are "only for windows".

Maybe someday Microsoft will get smart and re-code windows like they're supposed to.

Macs are functionally and stylistically superior (as we know) and this'll just seal the deal.

Believe us, it wasn't a guitar case.] Today was an example of the second. Some fool whose name I cannot even spare the mental RAM for, has covered "High and Dry" by the esteemed Radiohead. This is up there. With the worst covers of all time. Some songs just don't ever need to be covered. Like this one. And like "It's My Life" by Talk Talk. But No Doubt did a decent job with that one, although they crapped all over it with that video. This one today was bad. When you do a cover, you're supposed to bring something to it. Maybe your sound is similar to the original artist's, an
